October Compliance Alert: 2022 Benefit Amounts and Contribution Rates for MA PFML and MA Covid-19 Sick Leave Law Extension

The attached Alert addresses the new INCREASED MA PFML weekly benefit max and the new REDUCED PFML employer contribution for CY2022 and the last minute extension of the MA COVID-19 emergency Paid Sick Leave Law until April 1, 2022, unless the $75 million in program funds run out beforehand. This Alert also includes some PFML stats for the first six months of the program - January 1 to June 30, 2021.
