This first stage in our new client process takes around 20-30 minutes and allows us to very quickly outline our services, ask some probing questions, allow you to ask questions of us, and try to determine if there is an opportunity for us to add value. The goal of this call is to identify quickly if there is a good fit. Sometimes a prospective client will not be a good fit for us or vice versa, and we want to establish this fairly quickly in order to avoid unnecessary wasted time.
After our discovery call, if on both sides we feel that it makes sense to do a more in depth presentation, we will schedule a capabilities presentation. This can be done in person or online. In our capabilities presentation we will do a deeper dive into the specific skills and tools we have that fit the needs of the client identified in the discovery call. Following the presentation, BBI will follow up with the client with a proposal of the services we discussed as well as pricing if applicable.
