September 2021 Compliance Alert

Attached is the 2K21 Alert for the month of September from RAS Law. This Alert addresses the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA) with respect to reforms for surprise medical billing and transparency. These reforms were initially slated to take effect on 1/1/2022, but the recently published FAQs either delay or instruct employers to apply a good faith interpretation until guidance is issued.
