October 2021 Alert #2: Extended MA COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave

Attached is a SECOND 2K21 Alert for the month of October. This Alert announces the release of an updated Employee Notice document, dated October 5, 2021, reflecting the extension of the MA COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave Law until April 1, 2022 (unless the $75 million in program funds run out beforehand) and the expansion of the reasons an employee may request MA EPSL.
