Attached please find the latest 2021 Compliance Alert. This Alert discusses American Rescue Plan Act's (ARPA) COBRA-related provisions and notes that the Outbreak Period remains in effect. This act will significantly complicate COBRA administration and may limit BBI's ability to fully administer COBRA while the ARPA is in effect. BBI will be releasing additional information as it becomes available to our clients; in particular, as it relates to how we will be administering COBRA for our clients.
