Important Announcement

Dear Friends and Clients,

BBI is proud to announce that we are now part of the Cross Insurance family of agencies! This is exciting news for us, and you may be asking "how will this change affect me?" The answer:  You probably will not notice a change. All of the BBI staff you know and trust will still be here to support you. In addition to having the same employees and contact information, we will also have the same integrity, knowledge, and dedication to customer service. Essentially, all the reasons you decided to work with us in the first place will remain.

How will this help our clients? One of the great aspects of Cross Insurance is that they have a wealth of resources BBI will be able to tap into including compliance, legal, HR, and technology vendors. In addition, Doreen and I will be able to focus more on our clients rather than on operations, and BBI employees will have more opportunity for career advancement.

Cross is known as the official insurance sponsor for the Red Sox, NE Patriots and Bruins, among other well-known organizations in New England, but less well known is the fact that they are a family owned and operated business based out of Bangor, Maine with nearly 1,100 employees in over 40 offices, many of whom operate under different names.
