2021 PCORI Tax Filing 7/1/2022 - REMINDER

Good Afternoon,

This is a reminder for all companies that have Health Reimbursement Arrangements, "HRA"'s.

We are attaching the annual PCORI 720 Tax Form [here] and the instructions for filing [here]. You are required to file because, under the ACA, there is a tax on all Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). The filing is due by July 31, 2022 for your plan year ending December 31, 2021.

PCORI FEES

(A) With a policy year ending before October 1, 2021: $2.66
(B) With a policy year ending on or after October 1, 2021 and before October 1, 2022: $2.79

Form 720 is used to report your PCORI fee to the IRS Part II, Line 133.

We recommend you have your financial advisor review the IRS 720 before filing.
